Return policy
Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund. If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The amount of the fee will depend on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@satisfiedmi.com.
