Shipping policy

satisfiedmi.com works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which collaborate with local couriers—allowing us to deliver directly to your home and we are proud to offer a flat shipping fee.

Our delivery will take 5-14 days; however, please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery (due to the COVID-19 situation). We will ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours. It is the shipping companies and the government that decide when your order will be delivered.

You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which can take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes (including address changes) after the order is placed. We only ship to the address you provided at the time of order. You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

We only ship on weekdays and not on Saturdays or holidays.

On average, we need 1-2 business days to process your order. Some items may take longer, especially around holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items that may have stock availability issues. Orders will be shipped once item availability is confirmed.

For orders with multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as the locations of our production partners differ.

Deliveries

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies by country or region, ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Specific delivery dates are neither provided nor guaranteed.

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, satisfiedmi.com cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, bad weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may lead to delays that exceed our original delivery estimates.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Fees:

For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees may apply, which will be charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. satisfiedmi.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. If a shipment is rejected and returned, you are responsible for all incurred import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

satisfiedmi.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

Note: We use timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Address:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to make an address change.
